Here is where to find the tracking for your order.
Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email
When your order ships you are sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. It goes to the email address used on the order, so please check that address, including its spam folder.
Every item is made to order, so that email arrives after production rather than straight after you buy. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, with transit time on top. The full timings are in our Shipping Policy.
If you ordered through the Shop app
Tracking for that order also appears in the Shop app, alongside your order details.
APO and FPO orders
APO/FPO orders are shipped through DHL Globalmail and USPS. Once a package enters the military mail system, tracking updates stop for security reasons. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.
