Ordering the wrong size is not a refund case, but it is an exchange case. See Wrong Size Exchanges below.
Wrong Size Exchanges
If an item is not faulty but the size is not right, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Email contact@home4heroes.us with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you return instructions. Because a size exchange is not a fault on our side, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. This is an exchange for a different size, not a refund.On a size exchange you pay to send the item back to us, and we pay to send the replacement size out to you.
