Every item is made to order, so allow 3 to 5 business days of production before your parcel ships. We ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

What size should I order?
Our apparel uses standard US sizing. Our Size Guide lists the garment manufacturer’s own measurements for our sweatshirts, hoodies and garment-dyed t-shirts.
Because a printed garment cannot be altered after it is made, the most reliable way to choose is to measure a shirt you already own and like the fit of. Lay it flat and measure two things in inches:
- Chest — straight across, from armpit seam to armpit seam
- Length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem
If you are between sizes, or the fit matters to you, email us at contact@home4heroes.us with the item you want and your usual size and we will help you choose before you order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order, so the total time is production time plus transit time.
Production: 3 to 5 business days.
Transit after production:
- Free standard shipping (orders of $60 or more after discounts): 5 to 7 business days
- Standard ($6.95, from one item): 5 to 7 business days
- Express ($16.95): 1 to 3 business days
- APO/FPO: up to 45 days via military mail
How much does shipping cost?
US Standard shipping starts at $6.95 for one item. Free standard US shipping on orders of $60 or more after discounts, before tax and shipping. Express shipping is always paid.
The final cost depends on your location, the number of items and package weight, and is shown at checkout once you enter your address. Free Shipping, Standard and Express options are offered at checkout.
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange it?
Yes. You can exchange an item for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Email contact@home4heroes.us with your order number and the size you need, and we will send you return instructions.
Because a size exchange is not a fault on our side, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we pay to send the replacement size out to you. If the item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, that is covered at no cost to you instead — see the question about damaged or wrong items.
